VISION The production that is Culture is Couture! aims to: To celebrate the richness of the peoples creating the world in which we present. To educate through a “pleasurable means” the necessary fundaments of equipping the present moment with tools to “repeat or erase” our past. To elevate the minds/souls of the participants/audience. To dedicate time to “building our present” upon a sure & stable foundation. To commemorate the “times past” by not forgetting the roots of what we are the offspring of. Culture is a mental and spiritual identity developing customs and traditions with global value and personal sentiment. Couture is a fashion term referring to unique or often times “hard-to-find style” meaning “rare.” Putting these two terms together (Culture is Couture!) gives special worth to what we all seem to take for granted--our own CULTURE!!
